Longterm but unprofessional. I've been with the company for the majority of 20+ years and I haven't received pto in a timely manner, and I've had workmanship company medical bills unpaid!!

Being passed up for management for unqualified employees, unfair compensation, stressful work environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I get along with most of them, but they don't work well, poor training or lack there of. Due to poor management!
