Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have monthly, company-wide "All-Hands" meetings where the leadership team can share information and company progress to be as transparent as possible.
They truly have an open door policy. They allow you to ask questions, and are very open to hearing feedback if something is not going right. I feel comfortable speaking my opinion without fear.
Good comminication and makes work fun
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being transparent, not hiding to our customers or the employees how our products work. Inspire does not equal clean energy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are offered semi-annual bonuses!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm highly underpaid based on market conditions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is approachable and welcoming. I have never felt so a part of a team until I started working at Inspire.
They are collaborative and we have a "we are all in it together" mindset, even when it is hard to get up and come to work everyday.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team is great — super empowering & there for each other
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We show public praise or "high-fives" to our employees to give them the recognition they deserve!
Since we are so mission-driven, we are all working towards one over arching goal - to fight climate change using technology and innovation. No matter who are working with, you take comfort in knowing we are both trying to achieve the same outcome.

I appreciated the constant communication between myself and the hiring manager. I also appreciated that they worked with my schedule and were very flexible!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No trust in this leadership team, or the ability for the company to be transparent to its employees, and definitely not its investors.
It’s just the position itself, I don’t think anything could be changed it’s jusy the nature of the beast
