From day one, Inspire was very welcoming. Onboarding provided deep knowledge of the energy business, what each org does, and how you can be your best self. We strive for collaboration, communication, bonding, and supporting each other. Everyone is extremely mission-driven and it shows!

I really enjoy working at Inspire! I made the best decision to come work with a group of passionate individuals who are fighting climate change in very innovative ways.

I'm planning on giving my notice within the next 2 weeks, so that is a sign. Additionally, we have lost over 30 different people this year.
