What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication, Care, and Professionalism demonstrated while onboarding
Most have grown into their roles and started somewhere else internally before being positioned in leadership.

I feel like the leaders really care about the team and they listen when we have feedback.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lots of fluff, nothing concrete
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits are decent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you're in sales/front office is in a great company. Middle and back office it really depends on your manager/leader. If they want to stay competitive with the market they need to start grading compensation annually and pick a threshold to stick with even if it's more than they "want" to pay.
I was cheated out of 50+ hours of overtime and never earned any PTO in a year on contract.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Strong company culture. They give a ton of flexibility as long as you show that you have discipline and manage what you're responsible for accordingly. They never turn away from a cause worth celebrating, small and big wins alike!
We have a really fun team and I have learned a lot from the people here.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
only concerned for themselves, not helpful
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I mentioned this in a previous question, but the celebration aspect and the sense of comradery.
We have a lot of fun events and the mood in the office that we are hustling, but having fun too.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Culture or secrecy and do not share
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviews are typically one on one meetings, except in extremely rare instances, they do not conduct panel interviews. Gives you the opportunity to have a real conversation with that person instead of trying to gauge what everyone in the room is thinking.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack SLAs, procedures, policies. Many empty promises. Flavor of the day.
