What do you like best about the leadership team?Communication, Care, and Professionalism demonstrated while onboarding
What makes you most happy at work?Training clients in process and procedures enabling them to better understand all working applications
What did you like most about the interview process?The interviews are typically one on one meetings, except in extremely rare instances, they do not conduct panel interviews. Gives you the opportunity to have a real conversation with that person instead of trying to gauge what everyone in the room is thinking.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?If you're in sales/front office is in a great company. Middle and back office it really depends on your manager/leader. If they want to stay competitive with the market they need to start grading compensation annually and pick a threshold to stick with even if it's more than they "want" to pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I was cheated out of 50+ hours of overtime and never earned any PTO in a year on contract.
