What makes you most happy at work?I am the oldest in this company, even older then the President. Every single person makes me feel wonderful every single day. I love what I do and they thank me almost daily for what I do. Awesome.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The almost family like environment and respect for others is high on everyone's list. We have never had an environment of jealousy between co-workers. This trumps everything else when I make a career choice. I never dread going to work. Ever.
What are some of the best things about your team?Every single team member is wonderful, but young and still learning what "hard" work is to reach a goal. They sometimes - wait for the phone to ring in-lieu of hitting the pavement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?401-K is not matched by my employer. Up to 3% of my salary would be nice. As the controller, I do not receive any bonuses, however, if the agents meet or exceed goals they receive bonuses because of their "hard" work. What I feel is not understood, They produce more, I must produce more.
