I like the work I do. I don't like the lack of communication, the favoritism, and the lack of improvement I've seen over the years. I've brought ideas about improving policies and processes to management multiple times, but they seem fine with the status quo.
I started out as an Op 2 on a legal processing team. I worked my way up and was able to make it to workflow. However, that is where my legal processing took a halt. They wouldn't allow people to come up with their own ideas or have them taken seriously.
