He served as an Executive Vice President of Strategy at ARM Holdings Plc. He spent 10 years at ARM. Mr. Lantzsch served as an Executive Vice President of Strategy at ARM Limited until November 24, 2016. He served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at ARM Holdings Plc since 2009. He joined ARM in December 2006 as Vice President of Marketing for the Physical IP Division. He joined the Executive Committee of ARM Limited in 2010. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Starcore, LLC. He served as the President of Softier, Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer since August 2005. He was employed at Motorola for thirteen years in Vice President positions (sales, marketing and operations) in four countries. He has been a Senior Business Leader for more than 30 years at both Fortune 100 companies and early stage startups. Mr. Lantzsch began his career with Texas Instruments in Dallas, Texas. He has built a reputation for his ability to identify new opportunities of competitive advantage and developing strategies to capitalize on them through the definition of new products, services, organizations or technology. He serves as a Director of Calxeda, Inc. (Alternate Name Smooth-Stone, Inc). He has been a Director of Softier, Inc. since August 2005. He served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Spirent Communications Plc from May 11, 2015 to March 3, 2017. He frequently lectures on business strategy and trends at the McCombs School of Management at the University of Texas, investor conferences and industry events. Mr. Lantzsch completed his BSEE at Michigan State University and holds a M.S. Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas.
