Being able to work from home and knowing that my skills are valued.
The people and the environment
I always have a clear plan for what work I need to accomplish, and I have all of the tools and resources I need to do my job.
The understanding that my voice will be heard. I love that we are a company that also listens to its customers and puts their feedback into developing a system that is customer driven.
I enjoy the fact that their is never a dull moment. I am always comfortably busy, and know that I have the support of my co-workers in the event I am struggling. Leadership has set their expectations and allow me to succeed without being micromanaged.
