What makes you most happy at work?
It is fulfilling work. Boss is good, the majority of our customers are easy to work with/for, coworkers are good.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Honest conversation. Timely responses from both the recruiter and the manager I would be reporting to. They answered all my questions well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Experienced and knowledgeable - they have clear-cut big picture goals for the direction of the company. My immediate manager, and HIS manager both fight for me as necessary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No micromanagement. My manager trusts me to get my work done, because I have shown him that I do. Hard work is recognized - not perfectly, but it is.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have better benefits than the last company I worked for (ADT). Health care costs go up no matter where you work, so nothing I can do about that, nor the company.
