They offer health, dental, vision, 401k match, and death benefits. If you get health, dental and vision comes at no extra cost. We don't pay anything for the death benefit (about 1 year salary to your beneficiary), 401k match and free services as well through the Employee Assistance Program

401k match is too low and not guaranteed. Be better if 3 to 5 percent like industry standard and pay on every paycheck. Should not be an optional thing for company to give or not give. Hire better management.

Diversity is celebrated here. Everyone gets along well, and the department I work in usually has some kind of fun food or activity about once a month. Employees are able to bring constructive feedback to leadership.
Everybody here has a voice, and executive leadership listens. I've seen examples of effective change from the top down, following employee feedback.
Helping one another. We have one on ones where we consistently receive feedback on how we are progressing with the years goals and how to reach them, as well as exceed them. Management works with us when we are struggling to help find solutions vs. straight to corrective action.

No micromanagement. My manager trusts me to get my work done, because I have shown him that I do. Hard work is recognized - not perfectly, but it is.
