What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is quick to respond with a solution.
My direct supervisor is always available for questions and treats me with fairly with respect. Their positive attitude and communication skills are a couple of reasons why I like the job so much.
The executive team at Interface is focused on positively driving the business forward and constantly innovating. Ideas are heard and fostered.
Open communication and knowing what the changes are, how it affects myself and team and what lasting impact those changes will have.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like I am compensated appropriately
The best part of compensation is you see it growing.

They offer health, dental, vision, 401k match, and death benefits. If you get health, dental and vision comes at no extra cost. We don't pay anything for the death benefit (about 1 year salary to your beneficiary), 401k match and free services as well through the Employee Assistance Program

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401k match is too low and not guaranteed. Be better if 3 to 5 percent like industry standard and pay on every paycheck. Should not be an optional thing for company to give or not give. Hire better management.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We maintain clear communication, regularly review our workload, and establish an effective system to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
My team is committed to delivery positive results, and everybody is willing to help each other out.
We have a competitive spirit and the team wants to be the best. Encouragement for one another makes us all work harder to reach our goals. With this, everyone works hard to achieve the monthly bonuses and we help one another achieve these goals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That when you put in the work and the effort it's seen and rewarded by management
Diversity is celebrated here. Everyone gets along well, and the department I work in usually has some kind of fun food or activity about once a month. Employees are able to bring constructive feedback to leadership.
Everybody here has a voice, and executive leadership listens. I've seen examples of effective change from the top down, following employee feedback.
Helping one another. We have one on ones where we consistently receive feedback on how we are progressing with the years goals and how to reach them, as well as exceed them. Management works with us when we are struggling to help find solutions vs. straight to corrective action.

No micromanagement. My manager trusts me to get my work done, because I have shown him that I do. Hard work is recognized - not perfectly, but it is.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer makes sure to let you sit and shadow someone firsthand to give you an idea of what the job is going to be like.
It was a good blend of casual conversation to get to know the hiring manager and team, and firm results driven questions.
Although interviewing can be nerve wracking all by itself, they make you comfortable by just talking to you like a normal person, making you relax and the nerves float away.

Accomplishing my Goals and seeing the end product being successful
The positive environment when I'm out in the field and in the office.
My boss makes my work feel valued. There is also an overall sense of teamwork. On top of that, the pay is excellent.
Seeing the company succeed in a competitive market.
Being a part of a team, building a strong team, being a team player and having tasks throughout the day to keep me busy and make the day go quickly
