What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer makes sure to let you sit and shadow someone firsthand to give you an idea of what the job is going to be like.
It was a good blend of casual conversation to get to know the hiring manager and team, and firm results driven questions.
Although interviewing can be nerve wracking all by itself, they make you comfortable by just talking to you like a normal person, making you relax and the nerves float away.

Honest conversation. Timely responses from both the recruiter and the manager I would be reporting to. They answered all my questions well.
