provide positive feedback and dont be so critical about the negative

coworkers could be more interactive and share more information with the team

being able to talk to multiple people instead of just one manager
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
raises are minimal therefor i believe i do not make as much as if i started here at this level
