Interim HealthCare Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Equity is the real deal

Annual Performance bonus is fair.

Review from Operations Dept

The bonus checks are great a something to look forward to.

Fair pay and benefits always

The healthcare and insurance package.

Review from Operations Dept

Pay is great for my area.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Most days, yes. It could be better lately.

Compensate job functions at current market value

Just pay me the rate I was hired at.

Pay that is at least average for nurses, better insurance options, pay for documentation outside of visits

"orientation" rate for an LPN is $16/hr. They don't want to pay you "full" rate until all items on skill check list are completed but there is no one to check you off and sometimes no pt with that need at that time. Will pay RN for visit on check off and not pay LPN that is also there to do skill

im paid subpar for my profession. Office staff gets full benefits but nurses dont

Review from Customer Support Dept

No raise and expected to bend and stretch for them, yet they showed no appreciation & were very rude when I made other arrangements to make more @ another company.

Receiving benefits, in general, besides the supplemental insurance that we have to help pay for, would be nice

Review from Customer Support Dept

There is a shortage of aides and nurses. It is difficult to find and retain quality staff. Paid time off would be a start. Make salaries competitive with long term care facilities. Offer insurance that actually provides coverage without staff having to take out a loan to pay for coverage.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Staff should be compensated for all work completed, not just patient visit time.

Review from Customer Support Dept

They need to compensate for the experience you have.
