The patients is the best and are the only reason I am still here

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything! The management is horrible. The schedulers are horrible. The nurses treat the Lna like there no one. You get written up for everything a client said. Most alzimeers patients get more say in what actually happen then you do. I would never recommend this company to any family or friends.
