Everything is not an understatement
Everything, I would have no idea of who any people in leadership are if I had not done my own research. No one has ever bothered to introduce themselves to staff. Nor has anyone ever called to see if anything was needed. Absolutely zero support.

Scheduling coverage for clients that are in the last stages of life

Everything. Scheduling and having your employees back. Better nurses that listen
Learn how to count. Multiplication is helpful too.
Highly expensive benefits and no 401k match
Most days, yes. It could be better lately.
Compensate job functions at current market value
Just pay me the rate I was hired at.
Pay that is at least average for nurses, better insurance options, pay for documentation outside of visits
Ethics, morales, pride in work
Positivity and healthy motivation was very much needed. No real friendships was basically promoted as the way to work effectively. It made it very difficult to grow and promote our beliefs (such as compassion) . Too much gossip was allowed to be a happy place to work.
Communication without accusation would be a good start.

They need to do a better job with care
I don’t interact with them enough to make a comment.

CEO, all admin and directors need to be replaced
Value the employees. Not with gift cards but with actual cash. Do something for your field employees just not office staff at the holidays. Stop asking your employees to use personal resources to promote company profit.

Scheduled with director then interviewed with a biller who was promoted to HR but knows NOTHING about HR-just does whatever Sharon and Kristie tell her to do
Show up unannounced and see
The OKC office is barely better it's just buried further under a large census "on paper". Violations of law, had a survey from a complaint and deficiencies in both offices with made up audits. no regard for actual pt care as long as it looks good "on paper"
My work is very hard for the low wages

There have been decreases in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements but each owner of these franchises wants to maintain their current profit. As a result staff is paid less and receives less perquisites.
