Communicate with the team and not micro-manage
Actually nothing right at the moment.
I have 40years a work experience and 23 years old are paid the same amount that I am.
Co-workers need to not throw you under the bus. They need to take responsibility when they do something wrong. Trust is a real issue with all of my co-workers.
Co-workers need to be trustworthy to not only other co-workers but to the manager. Management needs to communicate better and deal with issues not put a band-aid on them.
The restructuring that is about to happen with job titles is going to pit co-workers against each other when there is already animosity amongst co-workers. It feels like high school all over again.
