- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Managing. One to ones. Supporting staff and workloads
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Its all about bottom line. PCs are spare parts, chairs smell, building is old, other technology is old. Organization and planning is non-existant.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The 401k is not very competitive, there is a match but it isn't much and takes a few years to vest. There are no other compensation, profit sharing or stock. Paycheck only.
