increase in wages to adjust to covid and the surrounding areas. we havent been adjusted to the market since precovid days

When i am allowed autonomy and am trusted to do my job without micromanagement and trusted to ask questions if I dont know sommethung
What did you like most about the interview process?
we are not labor intensive and we do random drug screenings but dont require a HS diploma for intro level jobs. this adds to the excessive time it takes to higher a new person which is 2-3 weeks.
