Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay raises that actually keep up with inflation. More sick days. More staffing

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Action to words. There motto is safety, quality, and quantity. It is anything but.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Removing obstacles. Broken parts need replaced scheduling needs to be more fluid. Listen to those in production if everybody is having the same issues fix them don't ignore them. Be proactive and not reactive

What did you like most about the interview process?

There was a cents of hope pay was really good at the time. Best in town. Seemed like they were trying to improve the quality of the work environment. Psh if I had only known

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Get off the phone pay attention to the job. Be put with like minded workers. Being put with those that do less then the bare minimum cause they know you'll pick up the slack is exhausting. There are no more good days.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Customer complaints are mainly quality issues. Caused by poorly kept or out dated equipment. Fix the machines as a hole. Don't fix one part while another is broken fix it all. Numbers come before anything else because this is what drives are pay. Broken machines count against you. Stop this
