Pay is great, benefits are ok Upper management seems disconnected from work Schedule flexibility is great once you know how to work with it, but attendance policy is unreasonably strict. Job would be easier if we were fully staffed at any given point.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that all employees, including us on the manufacturing floor, should have some sort of stock investment option. Health benefits could absolutely be better. Also, it would be amazing to get paid every week.
