Actually interview and have a more in depth hiring process. We literally hire guys that cant read a tape measure here

I got the job but i knew i would because they hire any guy that can show up for the interview
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Theyvwill hire anyone so you are constantly expected to do the next guys work for the same amount of pay that he gets to sleep tge whole shift
