All in all, working for IP is great. The mission and values as well as the company's concern about safety and health of employees feel sincere. However, in the facts, not every manager is aligned with the company's values, they would say they are, but facts don't support it.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the humanistic approach to take care of the health and safety of all IP employees. I also like the inclusiveness and diversity reflected in the workforce.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I'm not sure if this has to do with recruitment, but if so, the process is good, but sometimes the selection process feels as if it was rigged, with a candidate already pre-selected.
What makes you most happy at work?
The trust and freedom to manage my schedule and time. Working from home has been great to better balance work/life, but some training on how to be productive and successful working remotely might be needed for some.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The internal recruitment process for management positions is not always fair and transparent. Sometimes managers have preferences and won't even publish an open position, and even if they are published, it feels that the process is rigged.
