What can this brand most improve?

Their website is horrible! You can't complete what you need to there but they also make it very hard to find a number to speak to a human. When you do get someone they are nice enough but not helpful because they are not allowed to make any exceptions or real decisions that would help the customer.

marketing dept is attrocious, ran by a horrible manager

It would be so nice to be able to use the service. I have not been able to use not one week of vacations.

Customer service, cudtomer service, customet setvice. Adapting the neefd and issues to your loyal long/standing customers.

Exchanging using their Cust. Svc. is fine; but try to get knowledgeable help in how to use their 'concierge' service/s.
