Customer Service. I am sick and tired of nothing but limitations and restrictions. Tired of "It's the process/system." as the answer. It is time to CHANGE and improve the process/system. It is pathetic. Not at all helpful to customers.
Exchanging using their Cust. Svc. is fine; but try to get knowledgeable help in how to use their 'concierge' service/s.
You are the most poorly organized organization woth who I have ever worked. My tean did mot over charge, was responsive to the customers like Citigroup, ChevronTexeco and Northrup Grumman. Your organization is absolutely pathetic.
