I have received the poorest service ever. After being with Diamond for 22 years and am looking to transition....no one can help me and no one wants to.
Dimond Resort charged me additional $420.21 for my stay 4 night stay eventhough I bought a sampler from them. They did not let me attend the presentation and said I will kot be charged. A month later I see in my credit card that they charged me. Employees say something and do another thing.
Overworked & underpaid. The stress and workload of a club member service agent warrant a base salary of 38-42k. 24,999k base. I was top performer with commision i made 51k . Your top performer shouldnt be the only agent making the median salary of area. They dont value their workforce or members.
