Their website is horrible! You can't complete what you need to there but they also make it very hard to find a number to speak to a human. When you do get someone they are nice enough but not helpful because they are not allowed to make any exceptions or real decisions that would help the customer.
It would be so nice to be able to use the service. I have not been able to use not one week of vacations.
You are the most poorly organized organization woth who I have ever worked. My tean did mot over charge, was responsive to the customers like Citigroup, ChevronTexeco and Northrup Grumman. Your organization is absolutely pathetic.
Customer Service. I am sick and tired of nothing but limitations and restrictions. Tired of "It's the process/system." as the answer. It is time to CHANGE and improve the process/system. It is pathetic. Not at all helpful to customers.
