What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is here for the right reasons and does what's best for the company. There is no appetite for politicking nor posturing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was impressed with everyone I met during the process. While I was confident going in, afterwards I was extremely hopeful I'd get an offer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate having a competitive salary, bonus target, equity, and benefits on-par with a publicly-traded tech company (e.g. Google), while still having the opportunity to learn and grow at a start-up pace.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team makes tough decisions that are right for the business and employees. They are all experts in their domains. I particularly appreciate how our Leads exemplify our Intrinsic Behaviors and exhibit the Conscious Business principles they espouse.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We've been intentional and explicit about the culture we want, codified in our Intrinsic Behaviors. These form the operating system of the company, and ensure we are able to move quickly. I appreciate how much effort we've put into "how" we operate.
