I work across two teams. Both teams are overall friendly, and take the time to explain or discuss new technical topics.

They seem to make overall good decisions for the employees, the company, and our mission. Things can always improve, but they listen and respond well to feedback.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like I can have a conversation with most people at Intrinsic. Even across teams and hierarchical levels. there's always an interesting conversation to be had over lunch.
