What do you like best about your company? My colleagues are smart, helpful, and wonderful to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Within the team, people's opinions are taken into consideration and feedback is encouraged. Most are very willing to help each other and with small exceptions, there is a culture of building each other up rather than tearing each other down.
What are some of the best things about your team? The team is incredibly bright and talented. There are individuals from many different backgrounds and experiences, and thus there is a lot of skill and knowledge to draw from.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Leadership changes and forward thinking.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Leadership needs to be improved. There is a company wide feeling that the things that need improvement will never happen because of years of big talk but little action.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am often praised for being one, if not the, most valuable person on our team, and I am certain I am paid significantly less than a more junior individual. I also dramatically increased my job responsibilities over the years and my pay has only increased at the same rate as annual increases.
