What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The people & being able to always count on my teammates going through good and bad times together, uplift each other and support all efforts to make InVision and our customers successful
What makes you most happy at work? The people and our amazing culture, as well as working with my customer helping them to achieve their goals and building strong partnerships and in a lot of cases friendships
What is the best part about your compensation package?Salary of course, unlimited holidays, being able to reward colleagues via bonusly, pex card
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? As a remote company, the pay should be standardized and transparent for each role. Currently, the salaries are based on location, which can leave some folks with a much lower salary than their peers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I don't think my compensation is in line with other companies of a similar stage, based on my duties and my experience
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I'm not convinced our product strategy is actually that good. Also, there is a serious problem with legacy code, especially on my team.

We’re on a mission to transform the way people work together by helping them collaborate better. Faster. On everything. From anywhere. Environmental responsibility comes in many shapes and forms. One of the biggest hidden impacts of a fully distributed workforce like InVision is the huge positive effect it can have on the environment. In fact, there are several eco-friendly advantages that result from replacing the daily office commute with a workday in the home. Without a commute, our carbon footprint is minimized. Our stomach solutions are greener—working from home reduces travel and harmful container trash. We can each be a master of our environment and every eco-conscious choice adds up. When we work remotely, each of us becomes one less person who needs to use an additional space resource. Zero office space equals less impact on the environment
Here at InVision we look for opportunities to give back to our team and the world around us. We pursue acts of charity and kindness with the same vigor and urgency we pursue great business outcomes. InVision encourages and provides time off for our employees to volunteer in their community, and we also match individual nonprofit donations yearly. That’s not all. Throughout the year we run a variety of campaigns to help support our principle of go-giving.
