What is the best part about your compensation package?

Its great and sets me up for growth

That it is based on contribution and you can as an individual have a large impact on it yourself.

Good 401k match and grandfathered into pension plan.

There is none. They screwed over eveeyones pension plans they have no care for older employees or new ones for that matter

Nothing superior here pension is brkng distroyed

It directly correlates with my contributions.

Benefits are priced very competitively.
