Learning to be transparent with us
Psychology training understanding mental illness, being understandable and understanding with employees. They need to have the mindset of were in this together rather than you work for me hurry up

they do not pay out bonuses that are earned
Cuts and wage freezes have all that has happened since Invista took over.

The higher levels needs to actually do something about their company
management culture is very toxic and disconnected
Start treating people like they are assets and are important. Compensate fairly.
