What I like best about the leadership team is the combination of being very experienced, knowledgable, humility, strong and supportive.
Highly focused and always looking out for their employees.

Its great and sets me up for growth
That it is based on contribution and you can as an individual have a large impact on it yourself.
Good 401k match and grandfathered into pension plan.
There is none. They screwed over eveeyones pension plans they have no care for older employees or new ones for that matter
Nothing superior here pension is brkng distroyed
