IPC strives to be a global company, so pay scales decided locally but increases not linked to local inflation, its per US standards. Salary benchmarking of compensation and adjustment as we well inflation linked increases to fix the gap.

There is no moral booster or recognition for people in a team like our function who is working as the back end support for sales. If its right, sales will be taking the recognition and also management level. If its otherwise, it goes to us.

some team are not so responsive and slower in getting back updates/feedback especially on daily operations. i think no double standard minded and treats everyone emails as important that it would be good .

Co workers who are lazy or otherwise not pulling their fair share need to be held accountable.

Need some moral booster or recognition provided for low level people. Especially with a team that is not so many people in it. Its hard to try to gain recognition in a team always. And working with sales who is very busy, they won't have time to do all this recognition thing.
