Terrible company culture. Everybody is MISERABLE. Extremely poor leadership at the top. The CEO has no clue what he's doing. He bought BoxyCharm for $500M when they were DESPERATELY selling themselves to anyone willing to buy. It ruined the culture.

We don't care about our customers. We always send them the same crap and keep increasing the prices of our subscriptions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are squeezed and pressured to work more because of the layoffs yet nothing changes and there is no focus at the company
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to treat employees more fairly. They are overworked and underpaid. They have done two rounds of layoffs in the past year but our salaries haven't increased.
