IPSY has been my favorite company culture of any I've worked for. It's genuine focus on employees, DEI, learning and growth, positivity, and fun are unmatched. It hires talented people are who equally great humans - and it means everything to day to day happiness.
Solid base salary, bonus, and equity.
Always huge layoffs since I started at Ipsy. The layoffs create mass disorganization and create extra work. This place is the blind leading the blind. They never reported any wages to the state so I couldn't receive unemployment benefits. This did not surprise me! None of my friends wanted referrals
Their cistomer service as well as stealing from customers account not even using the csrd ok file but havckimg into their phones as well as banking apps and placing purchases using my bank account number as well as my routing number now when i tried to submit a ticket but the ticket is never created
