What did you like most about the interview process? It was an efficient process (meeting the recruiter, hiring manager, and SLT) that allowed me to learn about the company, culture, role, growth opportunities, and show how I could add value without being overly cumbersome.
What makes you most happy at work? The people and culture, and working together on innovative change.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The people and culture. It's a positive, supportive place with amazing and talented people.
What would you improve about your company's interview process? My references told me they were asked so many questions about me and had never had such a detailed "interview" on me as a potential hire. I think one of them told me she was on the phone with two managers for an hour! I think that is not appropriate for a reference check
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Management is a revolving door so there isn't much that can be done. A complete mess. I have never in my career seen such terrible audits. I was worried someone would have a heart attack!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Layoffs are almost quarterly. No room for growth unless you are part of the OG ipsy San Mateo pre-pandemic hires.
