My references told me they were asked so many questions about me and had never had such a detailed "interview" on me as a potential hire. I think one of them told me she was on the phone with two managers for an hour! I think that is not appropriate for a reference check
Be more transparent about roles and responsibilities.
We don't care about our customers. We always send them the same crap and keep increasing the prices of our subscriptions
