What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership really cares about employees and doing the best work for clients. Leaders are really talented, knowledgeable and hands on.
They have shown strong investment in people, clients, and product. They have also been together a long time, which demonstrates cohesiveness and instills confidence in our ability to succeed.
Very flat and all of the executives "work", and don't just order people around. They are experienced and many have been there for a long time.
