Best people in the industry. Smart, hard working but really fun, down to earth people. Really collaborative, always willing to help out. No inter-organizational politics.

Trust, selflessness, work ethic, skills, personalities.

All very smart people who work hard. There is nowhere to hide in the company (if you are an underperformer). You don't carry others' weight.
