Amazing group of people (innovative, bright, fun) and strong foundation of values. Some challenges (but what company doesn't have them?)

Company lives up to its values of trust, humility, balance, and growth mindset generally. Engineering is a pretty friendly group. In general, the company is more product-driven than engineering-driven, so harder to get tech initiative started.

Awesome company culture that emphasizes transparency, collaboration, and innovation. The opportunities within the product market are exciting, and at Iterable you're able to make a tangible, positive impact in peoples experiences with brands.

We work hard, but it's for a good reason. I worked in a handful of marketing automation platforms before joining Iterable and I continue to find Iterable as being a superior product for everyday use. The product is what keeps me coming back to work every day.

Embody values. Show trust with transparency and answer questions weekly at Town Halls. They generally seem to be on top of where the business should go.

Transparency and accessibility. The leaders feel accessible and human, and bi-weekly townhalls are used to share regular org updates, highlights, and Q&A with the leaders

I appreciate that there is ample opportunity to provide feedback. I appreciate that the leadership team directly answers questions in Town Hall on a regular basis.
