The leadership team goes above & beyond to show their appreciation for our hard work. I came into ITEX with no degree and never expected to get a job making too much more than minimum wage, however ITEX has changed that for me. I started in a low position, but I am now a manager.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It didn't feel like an interview. I was comfortable and did not feel judged when I left.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They go above and beyond to show us that they appreciate us by having employee luncheons, team building exercise days (fishing trip, escape room, painting with a twist, etc.), letting us off early for holidays, etc.
