Till a couple of years ago the leadership was ok but lately that is not the case they don't care about what eny of the employees say. Their is a very bad feeling between employees and management at least at the Termoli plant which makes for an uncomfortable work environment
They appear to be sympathetic and listen to employee needs
Driving moral on the shop floor, better compensation and benefits pay would be a good start. Improving workforce development and showing they wanted to keep the doors open by doing capital improvements would be good too. Process controls need to be put back in place, and opportunities for advances!

It's an easy job to do
No training for skilled labor, No opportunities for workforce development (ie. Sending machinists to better skills, working to promote within) Most experienced labor has retired or moved on, and a lot of knowledge has been lost, leaving those that can do to carry most of the burden for the same pay!
Pay is somewhat lower than industry average, benefits are ok but have been scaled back over the years; management needs to listen to employees instead of disregarding their input.
Team is good, Family. Everything starting at the management level is just annoying
Collaborative, open for improvement and take on new challenges
Skilled labor does try to work together and help each other out, they also pick up slack from management that doesnt seem to know what they are doing because ITT hires college degrees and not experienced management, nor do they seem interested in promoting within.
We don't have a team and when they make teams for some reason they only pick the same people all the time the once that never say no to management

We definitely do not discriminate between cultures gender etc. We have a safe enviroment ( safety first)
Most people are pretty positive mentally and don't grumble much, which really helps keep a positive environment.
Company needs to work with the union in increasing wages and benefits because skilled labor has lost 60% of its wages due to retail labor (minimum wage) increases and inflation. Capital improvements need to also be done and a shift in middle to lower upper management needs to be made.
Time to start listening even to the employee that have been working with this company for well over 20years maybe something we learned
We have a great athmospheare and accept all questions the interviewed person have
Hire hr people that would actually care about the employees
Skilled labor should be tested better with simple trials of their skills. Have better experienced individuals do the interviewing, follow up with all applicants regardless of employment.

Improve the shop floor moral with wage increases, & workforce development. Improve supplier relations! Improve machining and assembly processes. Do capital improvements, most machines get more money in repairs then they are worth. Purchasing & maintenance budgets arent compared, new machines needed
