Till a couple of years ago the leadership was ok but lately that is not the case they don't care about what eny of the employees say. Their is a very bad feeling between employees and management at least at the Termoli plant which makes for an uncomfortable work environment
They appear to be sympathetic and listen to employee needs
Driving moral on the shop floor, better compensation and benefits pay would be a good start. Improving workforce development and showing they wanted to keep the doors open by doing capital improvements would be good too. Process controls need to be put back in place, and opportunities for advances!
