To have some freedoms to create the workplace. And you can realize and implement your ideas for the success of the company
Being productive and good people to work with.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Improve the shop floor moral with wage increases, & workforce development. Improve supplier relations! Improve machining and assembly processes. Do capital improvements, most machines get more money in repairs then they are worth. Purchasing & maintenance budgets arent compared, new machines needed
