My experience has been great. When I came onboard I wasn't overly familiar with how an MSP works and was concerned it might not be a great fit. As time went on the concerns worked themselves out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's all rather nice, but if I could only choose one, I'd say the PTO plan.

the leadership teams really encourages a life/work balance, understanding the value it provides to the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
We always have something to work on, and the tasks can vary greatly. The tasks don't get old and repetitive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is comprised of very experienced individuals, with many varied skillsets, that comes together to provide an exemplary experience for the team and our customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are clear and transparent on what the company goals are, how the company is doing, providing the team with the tools they need to move towards those goals.
