
It's all rather nice, but if I could only choose one, I'd say the PTO plan.

We always have something to work on, and the tasks can vary greatly. The tasks don't get old and repetitive.

They are clear and transparent on what the company goals are, how the company is doing, providing the team with the tools they need to move towards those goals.
