From the moment I started at this company, I knew it would be something special. The people, the service we offer is better than anywhere I have worked. The leadership is strong and positive. I think what stands out is how the people handle adversity here, there is a built in resilience.

They care about the employees and do whatever they can to help us succeed and be our best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid well, but more importantly, the benefits are focused on my well being. I feel like I am well taken care of.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Teamwork and Collaboration to this level is something I have never experienced. Everyone on the team, or rather in the company will help others so that we all succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the chance to think outside of the box and Wow people. Sometimes, the customers give me a Wow, sometimes it is my coworkers. Hearing a wow (or sometimes just a facial expression) of Wow make me happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture here is purpose build. You can tell! It is a positive culture, empowering and fun. While my job can be technically difficult at times, the culture makes going to work a great experience because the company and coworkers have my back.
