What do you like best about the leadership team?
iuvo's leadership team is always open to discussing how things are done and tackling issues from a cross departmental approach if/when a process needs to be improved upon.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued, but I do feel as though I have taken on more responsibilities than my current pay reflects. However, I see this is an opportunity for me to improve my skillset and to move toward a role in management/higher pay.
