Great Company. They care about the employees that work for them. You actually look forward to going to work each day. I 100% would work for Ivanti again if given the opportunity.

I am really impressed with the way Ivanti strives to be a better and better place to work. It isn't about shareholder value as much as Ivanti's own values of locking arms together, being champions for our customers, fighting the good fight in the cyber war, and that outcomes matter most.

My manager was awesome. (He's no longer with the company.) The CEO and VP's are amazing. I was on the IT team and would have to help them from time to time. They truly care about you and I never felt like I was below them in any way.

Ivanti pay's very well. I loved the benefits that were offered to me. I never had an issue with taking time off.

Hard working, passionate, focused on what we do

The whole IT department was amazing all the way up to the VP of IT. Everyone is respectful of one another. It's a real team atmosphere through the entire IT / Engineering department. We would get together and celebrate monthly birthday's or anything to celebrate each month.

Everyone cares about each other. It doesn't matter what department you work for. Going around each day to help fix everyone's IT issues was always fun. Everyone is laughing and having a good time while they work.

Getting Hired for the job

The flexiblity and amability of people

I had a phone interview with my manager. Then I went onsite to meet them team and have a second interview with my manager and the director of IT. I was then offered the position a few hours later.

I like the coding assignment

It was fast! - 4 levels of interviews in a single week. The interviews were recorded so I assume that each future interviewer had a chance to review in advance to avoid asking the same questions. I think that also provided more context for each interviewer.

During my time at Ivanti I looked forward to going to work each and every single day. I do miss that atmosphere.
